Overview

Reporting to the director of user experience design at Visier I led and delivered multiple initiatives and projects. Won awards for acknowledging teammates' efforts and encouraging and establishing cross-team collaboration. As a designer I leverage market and user research results to propose simple, innovative and creative solutions to complex problems.

The following is a section of my performance review, highlighting the list of items I completed in one quarter:

iOS Application

Though I owned the admin workflows, I was involved and led certain projects to ensure the data we produce and the guidelines set would work for the data visualization. This could include the requirements, limitations and other constraints we include while doing admin workflows through out the pipeline.
Another portion of this work includes the user interactions for a user group other than the admins and data savvy users: the CHROs and the CFOs making decisions on the go, whether it's during their meetings, strategy and roadmap planning work or etc.
